As our Finance & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless office operations, supporting administrative functions, and managing accounting processes.
Missions :
Administrative Support
- Assisting the HR function throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Coordinating logistics for internal and external events.
- Managing filing systems and providing support for civil and administrative matters.
Office Management
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Cambodian offices, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Coordinating working conditions for remote teams and managing IT and supplies inventories.
- Address technical and operational issues by liaising with vendors.
Accounting
- Record, track, and classify expenses systematically.
- Manage petty cash, event budgets, and office supply procurement.
- Perform basic financial tracking, such as expense reports and budget updates.
- Support payroll processing and assist in preparation for external audits.
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with local corporate and employment regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with basic accounting software like Xero or QuickBooks is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in event management and Canva for basic design tasks is a plus.
