As our Finance & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless office operations, supporting administrative functions, and managing accounting processes. 

Missions : 

 

Administrative Support 

  • Assisting the HR function throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. 
  • Coordinating logistics for internal and external events. 
  • Managing filing systems and providing support for civil and administrative matters. 

 

Office Management 

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Cambodian offices, ensuring a productive work environment. 
  • Coordinating working conditions for remote teams and managing IT and supplies inventories. 
  • Address technical and operational issues by liaising with vendors. 

 

Accounting 

  • Record, track, and classify expenses systematically. 
  • Manage petty cash, event budgets, and office supply procurement. 
  • Perform basic financial tracking, such as expense reports and budget updates. 
  • Support payroll processing and assist in preparation for external audits. 

Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Familiarity with local corporate and employment regulations. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Familiarity with basic accounting software like Xero or QuickBooks is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Experience in event management and Canva for basic design tasks is a plus. 
  • A positive attitude, team-player mindset, and strong cultural awareness.
