We’re looking for an ambitious and dynamic Business Developer Manager to accelerate our growth across the Southeast Asia region. Based in Phnom Penh, you’ll be responsible for lead generation related activities and help the organization to win new accounts.  

Missions

  • Set lead generation goals and execute GTM strategy in line with SBI APAC business plan. 
  • Develop new business opportunities across the APAC region, particularly Southeast Asia via outbound outreach and inbound lead acquisition strategies. 
  • Promote SBI’s service offerings in Data, AI, and EPM through direct outreach, networking, and leverage partners’ networks. 
  • Coordinate and conduct discovery meetings, solution presentations, and product demos with prospects and clients.
  • Be credible and leverage technology partners (Snowflake, Microsoft, MicroStrategy, etc.) and participate in industry events across SEA.
  • Collaborate with our delivery and consulting teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Support proposal development and RFP responses.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline and ensure consistent client follow-up and reporting. 
  • At least 50% time travelling for active commercial activities.

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or business development—ideally in digital, software, or tech services.
  • Having an industry knowledge is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the Data and Analytics and AI landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (SEA Local language or Chinese is a plus).
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment.
  • Willingness to travel across the region to meet clients and partners.
  • A self-starter with a consultative mindset and strong business acumen.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Proactive and curious.
  • Proven exposure to international markets
